Wednesday Film Night

So last night we had a movie night.. I think Wednesday film night may become a tradition. We watched two films the first was a really bad indie film about a cult that lived in the sea, I can't remember the name, then we watched a really cute anime about a cat bus and a giant rabbit/friendly animal, I can't remember the name for this one either ask Fionn though!
We started watching Ponya but Alice only had the Japanese version (no subs) which meant that Fionn had to translate so we gave up on that one.
I forgot to take photos so the picture above will have to do. It's from the website 27bslash6 which is hilarious, my favourite is the party emails.

I'm applying for jobs one is working for CYFS and the other is for the YMCA, I think I will prefer to work the YMCA.

Romantic (Lectured)

I made a new mixtape, I hope you like it. This time I have posted a player so you can sample before you choose to download.

If I still had faith in romantic relationships then this would be a mixtape I would give to a lovely girl, instead I share it with the world.

Romantic (Lectured) features: Madeline, Ghost Mice, Mischief Brew, Defiance Ohio, Gorgol Bordello, and Go Sailor.

Dice and Tuesday and Fortune

I got this book from the Smith's 3$ book sale, dice night will never be the same.
This coming Tuesday (29th) we will play dice and determine our futures!

Everyone should come along.

Some exploits

On Wednesday we had a movie night, it was fun and I played guitar.

On Saturday (today) I purchased a head scarf, it is excellent and camouflage. I wish my moustache was darker.

p.s. I was denied by teachers college, life is much different now that I have no future.

Glacier Trip

So this past weekend Talia and I went to see the Glaciers and Hokitika!
We stayed at a hostel right next to the Hokitika clock tower, there were only a handful of people staying there. We played Monopoly and Scrabble, I won Monopoly by capitalist wit and Talia won Scrabble by superior skill my biggest word was trifle!
It rained lots on the west coast.

We saw lots of rainbows and mystical country side.

The Glacier was magnificent.

Graduate

Maybe I should wait for my grades back before I post this... I don't care because I had, potentially, my last exam ever today. Have an essay to hand in still but it's pretty much done, I feel so good going out drinking with Nadia tonight in celebration.
I have work early tomorrow but I guess this is a pretty good excuse for bags under my eyes.

You can call me a bachelor now, I'm eligible.

Today was my unlucky day

I always feel horrible the night before an exam, I want to go out and spend time with people but I can't. Even if I did decide to spend the evening with someone I cannot think, for the life of me, who I would wish to torment with my pre-exam terror. I scour the internet for a suitable match but they're never there. Oh well at least the heat-pump will keep me warm overnight.

In other news: The picture I have posted is a brilliant example of top down cognition, although the central letters are vague our brain creates sense via the context. Essentially the phrase "the cat" only exists within your imagination, someone once told me everything is imaginary... I think it was Sufi.
